Angelica Maria Vale Hartman (also popularly referred to as Angelica Vale) is a Mexican American artist, performer-singer also known as a comedian, host of a radio show and a comic. Her birthplace was in Mexico City, and was raised by comedian Raul Vale. Angelica Maria Vale Hartman is recognized as the originator of the La Balada Ranchera musical genre which reached the top charts in 1973. Angelica Maria became the first Latino singer to achieve two million sales copies in America. When she was in 1974, the singer dated Venezuelan comic and performer Raul Vale.
